More for Moki's initial swap. I decided to dig out my woodburning tool again. I spent so much money on it, but I almost never use it. I have all these plans to make woodburnt items, but I keep getting held up by the fact that I haven't used the scroll saw to make any of my own shapes. I went ahead and bought this letter at Hobby Lobby, though, and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I'm working on another woodburnt initial, which I should have finished soon, and that's turning out well, too. I'm hoping that these will encourage me to do more woodburning on premade wood items, and maybe even work on turning a small profit with them.
I did a series of photographs for my K initial project. I'm really pleased with the way that these turned out. I'm trying to do more photography so that I can justify buying the extremely expensive camera at work that I want. Once again, if I can do good work with it and maybe make some money, that's more than enough rationalization to drop a grand on a camera, right? Plus, why should I work at a camera store and not have a top of the line camera? Right? Right??
